Dr. Idalhi Barnes Marrero

Dr. Idalhi Barnes Marrero, PsyD., is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist (Florida_PY 11146) who provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations in English-Spanish for individuals 18 and older with neurological disorders, medical conditions, and comorbid psychiatric disorders. Her clinical interests include neurodegenerative diseases, vascular disease/stroke, movement disorders, traumatic brain injury, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and cognitive concerns in the context of other medical conditions and/or psychiatric illnesses.
After receiving her master's in rehabilitation counseling from the Pontifical Catholic University of PR, she pursued her doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Albizu University in Miami, Florida, and trained at North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Healthcare System during her internship year. She completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in Adult Neuropsychology at South Texas Veterans Healthcare System, a top-tier Association of Postdoctoral Programs in Clinical Neuropsychology (APPCN) member program that abides by Division 40 and Houston Conference guidelines.
